These terms describe retail purchases through the X9 store, together with the Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled; it is not a requirement to subscribe to marketing.

Orders and product choices
You can check out as a guest or use an account. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and select the intended size, pack and quantity. Keep your order number and checkout email to access a guest order.
Submitting an order starts the order and payment process. A pending payment is not a completed payment. The order's recorded payment and fulfillment states show its progress. If an item cannot be supplied, customer service must resolve the unshipped portion through an agreed change or an applicable cancellation and refund.
Read the selected option and product instructions before ordering. If product text, packaging or an image appears inconsistent, ask for clarification. An error in a listing does not authorize an additional charge without your agreement.
Prices, tax and payment
Prices and payments are in US dollars. The order summary shows the selected items, applicable offers, shipping and tax. Displayed prices include applicable tax. Per-item comparison prices are shown before order-level offers. Availability and the final total are checked during checkout.
Use one of the payment methods available for your order. Card and wallet details are handled through the displayed payment provider. If a payment fails or expires, use the order's retry instructions and check its status before attempting another payment.
Coupons and promotional pricing
Each offer's displayed terms determine its eligibility, including product scope, dates, minimum spend, first-order restrictions, discount caps and use limits. A code must be entered and accepted in the cart or checkout. Opening a promotional envelope or copying a code does not reserve a discount. An accepted order retains its recorded pricing; changes to a promotion apply to subsequent eligible orders.
Private group purchases
When available, a group campaign states its products, invitation period, membership limit and savings rules. Each participant places and pays for a separate order. The group leader provides a shared delivery address, so joining a group does not arrange separate delivery to each member's home.
Final savings depend on the eligible paid participants and the campaign rules recorded when the group opens. The leader is excluded from the paid-invitee savings count. Any required price and tax adjustments are refunded before the shared fulfillment batch is released; they are not an instant coupon discount. A failed or cancelled group follows its cancellation and refund process. Group orders do not receive ordinary coupons or creator/distributor commission attribution.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
The shipping and returns policies explain address coverage, delay handling, the current return-request window and the approval process. Paid cancellation or return requests may require review. Your rights relating to defective, incorrect or undelivered goods remain subject to applicable law.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details private. Use only accounts, order information and payment methods you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to access another customer's order, interfere with store security, submit fraudulent requests or upload unlawful content. Contact customer service if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Reviews and promotional relationships
Reviews should describe your actual experience with the product. Do not include another person's private information, threats or unlawful material. A negative rating alone is not a reason to misrepresent or suppress a genuine review. A verified-purchase label relates to the store's recorded purchase verification.
If a recommendation involves payment, commission, employment, a free product or another material connection, that relationship should be clearly disclosed with the recommendation. Separate program rules apply when a customer participates in an offered creator, distributor or private group-buying program.
Consumer rights and updates
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy or other consumer right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a blanket waiver of liability.
Material policy changes will be identified in the updated policy. Later revisions do not retrospectively remove rights attached to a purchase already made. Keep a copy of the terms and order information supplied for your purchase.
