Orders and returns
Use Track order with your order details, or sign in to view your orders. Available cancellation and return actions depend on the order's payment and shipment status. The Help center explains the existing order tools.
When contacting customer service, include the order number, the email used at checkout, the item and quantity involved, and a short description of the issue. For damage, an incorrect item or a labeling issue, retain the packaging and lot information and provide a product photo if useful.
Do not send passwords, complete card numbers, bank account information or unnecessary medical information. Do not send photographs of a child or an intimate body area to explain a product problem.
Privacy requests
Email our support team with the subject "Privacy request" and describe whether you want access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or to ask about a privacy choice. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing account or order information. See our Privacy Policy for the process.
