Who this notice covers

Sanitex Industries LLC operates the X9 storefront. This notice describes information handled through our website, guest purchases, accounts, customer service and enabled referral programs. Our store serves adult shoppers buying household-care products. Payment, sign-in and other independent services you choose to use also have their own privacy notices.

Information we handle

• Contact and account information: your name, email, optional telephone number, account preferences and sign-in records. Passwords are stored as hashes. Registration and account recovery use email verification. Google sign-in, when available and used, associates the identity information returned by Google with your X9 account.
• Shopping and order information: cart items, saved products, shipping addresses and address history, purchased products, quantities, order totals, payment references, refunds, return requests, delivery and customer-service records.
• Reviews: the rating, title and text you submit. Published reviews display the first part of your account name. Do not put contact details, order credentials or private health information in a review.
• Technical and referral information: session and cart identifiers, referral and landing-page information, and records used for security and troubleshooting. Enabled referral programs record hashed IP addresses and user-agent values and may associate a referral with an order. A hash does not necessarily make information anonymous.
• Program participation: distributor or creator applications, promotion channels, accepted agreement versions, referral links, eligible commissions and payout records when you join a program. Private group orders also record membership, invitations and the group's delivery destination.

How information is used

Information supports sign-in, shopping, order processing, tax calculation, payment confirmation, delivery, refunds, customer service, fraud prevention and recordkeeping. Referral records support attribution and commission calculations when those programs are enabled. Your information comes from your submissions and use of the store, and from providers that report payment or fulfillment outcomes.

Email subscription and account marketing choices are separate from completing a purchase. Use the unsubscribe option for a subscription or contact us to request that marketing stop. Necessary account, order and service communications are separate from marketing. Unsubscribing does not cancel an order or delete records needed to handle it.

Service providers and disclosures

Authorized X9 staff and service providers receive information needed for hosting, payment processing, tax calculation, communications, customer service and delivery. Private Email processes authentication email delivery. Stripe, PayPal and Stripe Tax, when enabled and used, receive the contact, address and transaction information required for the selected service. Payment fields are handled by the payment provider; the X9 application does not receive complete card numbers.

Warehouse and delivery providers receive the details needed to fulfill an order. Promotion participants can see referral and commission records relevant to their own program, including order references and eligible amounts. Their promotion dashboards do not provide customer contact details or full delivery addresses. Private group members see limited destination information; the group leader and authorized fulfillment staff can access the full shared address. Do not share a private group invitation publicly.

We may disclose information to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect people and property, investigate fraud or security incidents, or establish and defend legal claims. Hosting, email and other providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards and legal requirements that apply.

The storefront uses first-party referral attribution. Optional shopping analytics, when enabled, requires your permission and is described in the Optional shopping analytics section. The storefront does not use Meta advertising pixels. It does not provide advertising-network cookie controls. Payment and sign-in providers may collect information under their own notices when you interact with them, including information about activity across services. Retention and security

We retain information for the purposes described here, taking account of whether an account or order remains active, customer-service needs, return and payment disputes, applicable recordkeeping requirements, security and the establishment or defense of legal claims. Retention varies by record type. Closing an account or clearing browser cookies does not automatically remove transaction, tax, refund or dispute records. Access controls, password hashing and other safeguards protect information, but no website can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests and choices

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of personal information, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a request decision. These rights can have exceptions, including information needed for transactions or legal obligations. Request handling may require proportionate identity verification.

Send requests to the contact below with the subject "Privacy request". Describe the right or information involved and provide the email associated with your account or order. We may verify the request using information already associated with your relationship with X9; an authorized agent may need to provide evidence of authority. We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain an inability to fulfill a request where required. To appeal a decision where that right applies, reply with the subject "Privacy appeal" and the original request reference. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

You can review saved addresses and orders in your account and contact support for corrections or other requests. Do not send passwords, complete payment details, identity documents or unnecessary health information in an initial support message. Buying a care product does not require a diagnosis, medical record or a child's personal information.

Children

The store is not directed to children under 13. Baby and child-care products are offered for adults to purchase; ordering does not require a child's personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can review and address it.

Changes to this notice

The effective date identifies this version. We will post an updated notice and date when our practices change, identify material changes on this page and provide additional notice where required. An update does not itself establish consent to a new use that requires your permission.
