Choosing care products
1. Choose the product format
Start with the type of product you need, then compare options within that type. A matching size label does not mean that two different products have the same fit or intended use.
2. Check the size for this product
Use the measurements and instructions supplied for the specific product. A pad length in millimeters is a physical measurement, not an absorbency rating. Letter sizes and numbered diaper sizes should not be converted using another brand’s chart.
Open Size and pack guide on the product page to compare the listed options. If the measurement or fit information you need is missing, ask X9 before ordering.
3. Check what quantity 1 contains
First choose a size, then choose its packaging. Single pack means one pack; a multipack contains the displayed number of packs. The package summary shows the total number of items when verified counts are available. Increasing the cart quantity buys more of that selected package.
The price marked “each” compares the cost per individual item. It is not the price of the whole package. Prices include applicable tax. Your address determines the tax included in the total. Quantity offers and coupon eligibility are confirmed by the cart and checkout.
4. Read materials, use and service information
Check the product’s specifications, original packaging images and any published usage steps. Follow the product packaging and its warnings. Do not assume a material, certification or performance claim that is not stated for that product.
