Return Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, X9 will individually evaluate all return requests. You must reach out within 30 days of purchase to request a return, and items must be unopened, unused, and still in their original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@x9x9.us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
You may exchange your X9 purchase within 30 days of purchase for an item of equal or lesser value, or a refund in the form of store credit (original shipping fee not included). To be eligible, for an exchange or to receive store credit, you must reach out within 30 days of your purchase.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If a return is processed, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit (original shipping fee not included). The cost for the return label will be deducted from your store credit amount.
